Poor pooch. The owner should have been drinking out of the lake instead. Who lives in Florida and doesn't expect aligators to be in the water?

Exactly! I love how he blames the gator, when after all, it was just doing what gators do!
One of the readers responses to the article, was a guy who says basically that. Something along the lines of, "gators do three things well...eat, sleep, and make baby gators."
Don't blame the gator, and don't blame the dog, and don't blame the city.
