Nocatee Trail Bridges

Back in Florida, the SORBA-Jax crew has built 4 bridges in the Nocatee Preserve to support the new trail system under development there.  This bridge building project makes the final connections for the first 4 mile or so loop at the park.  Each bridge is about 20 feet long, is built puncheon style using phone poles and pressure treated 2x6's and each crosses a drainage ditch roughly 4-5 feet deep and typically filled with water.  The approaches and transitions from trail to bridge are not complete in these pictures, but you get the idea.
