Drive home...kid passed out in the back seat. Get home and pop open a nice cold Terrapin Rye and poor it into a frosted glass. After a quick stint in the AC, I head out to the back yard and bring in the garden box bounty. The Grape Tomatoes are kicking booty, but as a plant, the heat is really doing them in. I hope they make it. The other tomatoes are sort of producing, but again, I think the heat is getting to them. Banana Peppers...as you could imagine...seem to be doing just fine with the heat. Heat! Peppers! Fancy that!
